As a seasoned entrepreneur and multi-business owner, Ashley Kay has a deep understanding of what is involved in running a successful entrepreneurial empire. With over ten years of administrative and project management experience and more than four years running two successful businesses, Ashley has cultivated a solid professional skill set and thrives in a demanding and fast-paced environment.
Working in the corporate world for more than a decade, Ashley developed her talents of organization, project management and sales, and while she loved her job, she craved more fulfillment. She realized that supporting people is not only what she does best, but also what she thrives on. Nurturing her vision of supporting other entrepreneurs in taking their achievements to that next level of success, she decided to take the leap into full-time entrepreneurship.
Since starting AK Virtual Assistant Services in 2016, Ashley has successfully scaled to multiple six-figures and now supports over ninety clients worldwide with a team of nine VAs, based in Canada, the US and Australia. She is always looking for new ways to transform the Virtual Assistant space, collaborate with fellow VAs and is now fueling her passion of supporting and mentoring Virtual Assistants to create the life and business they desire.
In her downtime, Ashley is a dog-loving, wine-drinking, book-reading small town girl who enjoys spending time with her amazing family and friends, long distance running and exploring the gorgeous province of BC, Canada that she calls home.
